Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase. At Zoel, we reserve the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances. These may include limitations on available stock, inaccuracies in product or pricing details, or other unforeseen issues identified by our team.
If your order is cancelled, you will be promptly notified, and any payment made will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .
Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we kindly request you to share a clear unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us verify the issue and provide appropriate assistance.
The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
