Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

At our store, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for every customer. Once an order is placed and confirmed, our team will dispatch the product within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes between 2 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the shipping destination. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or third-party logistic delays may affect the delivery timeline. Please note that such delays are beyond our control, and we may not be held responsible for them.

We request all customers to review their orders carefully before placing them, as cancellations or returns are generally not accepted once an order is confirmed. However, in the rare event of a genuine issue from our side—such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective product—the concern must be notified to our team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, customers are required to provide a clear and unedited video of the package being opened, starting from the moment the seal is broken. The item must be shipped back to us within 2 to 4 days of delivery, in unused condition and with original packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and the issue is verified to be genuine, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method. If the concern is not reported within the specified time frame, or if the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.

i) At Zoel, each fabric, goes through a thorough quality check to ensure, accurate measurements, defect free materials with color matching. ii) We accept returns only in the case of damaged products. Otherwise we do not provide any return or refund.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

a] We will entertain such a complaint, only if it is reported within 24 hours of receipt of parcel and on providing a 360 degree unedited full video of opening the parcel showing the address details and defect in good lighting.

b]Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped back to us and delivered within 3 days from the date of delivery.

c] The tags on the product should be intact.

d] The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in undamaged condition.

e] Please note: We currently do not have a return pickup facility. In case of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for sending the parcel to our address.

REFUNDS

  • We will inform you, once we have received your return and let you know, Refunds will be credited to beneficiary bank account within 5-7 days. Please remember, it might take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
